Question Screen loses signal under stress ?

I've been having a problem where my screen would go black, the audio would bug out and start looping, and then my monitor would lose signal and the only fix was to manually restart by flipping the power switch on the PSU. This would happen while gaming. I searched various places for a solution and eventually landed on testing through OCCT. I ran into some initial errors in the CPU test, I cleaned my pc, and the errors went away. Everything worked fine until I tried the power test, after about a minute, the screen went black, audio looped, and monitor lost signal. Now I need help with diagnosing the actual problem with this new information. Does anyone know what components might be failing? Could it be a monitor problem?

Temperatures idle are around 54C for the GPU and 40C for the CPU. Under load they climb up to high 70s and moments before the crash I believe they were at 85C for both. My apologies for the PSU it was a while ago that I bought it, the exact model is actually the
