Screen Noise/Snow after sleep mode

Hello. When I wake my computer from sleep mode the screen is just noise/snow?! My GPU is on 5 days and I'm using the latest AMD Crimson ReLive software driver 17.7.2? When I turn off my monitor and turn it on it starts normal?

PS. It is not when computer sleeps. Its when computer turn off display. (3min inactivity for me). Then when I press the mouse button I got static screen.

is it actually windows that's turning off the display, or is it your monitors power saving mode?

Windows turning off the display after few minutes inactivity. After few more put the PC to sleep.

Update: I got static screen when monitor goes off also when computer goes to sleep. I've tried both options on separate and both cause static screen.

SOLVED:
I changed my video driver. I got Gigabyte rx 560 and I installed the driver from the AMD site, not Gigabyte's.
