Screen Resolution Change After Suspend/Sleep

So I am having an issue with my resolution changing whenever I turn off my screen and/or put my computer into sleep mode, then upon awake, the resolution is VERY low. Everything is huge and to get rid of it, the fastest way I've found is right click the nVidia control panel driver icon by the clock, hit check for updates, then it immediately flicks back native resolution. Here are my devices:
EVGA GTX 770
60" Vizio Display P602ui-B3
3840x2160@30Hz (60Hz flickers like crazy)
Windows 10 Home

Anyone ever heard of this or know what I can do to stop it?

what is your native resolution of the monitor??
mostly the monitor tends to jump to a more comfortable resolution if not native.

Well it tells me in parentheis that the native resolution is 3840x2160
But it seems to jump to 720p upon awake. Ill go in between and see how 1080 works.
