Screen resolution window opening

Whenever i open a game in full screen, for some reason my pc minimizes the game, and opens the screen resolution window. If i close the window, and open the game again, it minimizes straightaway, and opens the screen resolution window again.

I can't even access the game, it minimizes whenever i try to go on it.

I have solved this issue, just by restarting my pc. That should have been the first thing i did

then everything work your good to play .
