screen rotating in games

any RPG game i play, the screen keeps rotating 360 degress. even i i turn the mouse to the opposite direction, it doesnt stop.
its been doing so in bioshock infinite, bulletstorm and a couple of other that i tried...
please help me out!

Do you have a joystick, racing wheel or any other input device plugged in?
