Screen stays black after boot logo

I just dont know what to do anymore.it worked fine yesterday today i turned on the pc the iobit registry defrag went on as it sometimes does then it restarted and after windows boot logo the mouse with keyboard was on and black screen on monitor then keyboard and mouse went off the screen like blinked to pitch black like it was turned off then it turned on again to black screen with mouse and keyboard working but nothing else happened.:/

And also the restart buttong doesnt work then only if i hold the power button..
