im currently using a samsung 4k uhd television and the screen tearing is just awful with my gtx 1070, if i were to get a 4k monitor would it be the same case? both of them being 60hz, should i look for something higher? i really want 4k
also, any recommendations on a monitor i should get? trying to look for something under $500, and specs i should look for
