Question Screen Tearing Amd

Hi, so recently I have been struggling with screen tearing. I have a rx570 and a 60 Hz monitor. I have tried to cap my fps at 58 but for some reason the game seems laggy. I also tried freesync but the screen tearing was still there.
Any solution?

I have a corsair-550 W 80+, with 16 GB of RAM, and Intel Core i5 9400F 6-Core and i dont know my exact monitor to be honest but its a curved gaming AOC monitor with 60 Hz.
Oh also I noticed that the cable I use to connect my PC to my monitor is DVI to HDMI if that helps

The thing is vsync has input lag and its not what i really want to experience since I play competitive games

Try amd enhanced sync.
What inputs does the monitor have? I think free sync works best on DisplayPort or hdmi.

I tried to activate enhanced sync once but it gave me random stutters on the Gameplay.
My monitor has HDMI input and display port.
