Screen tearing and flickering sometimes

Hi guys.

Recently I moved in to my new home and after I installed my PC, it started to show awful screen tearing and sometimes it flickers, like flashing or something. I'm using the exact same setup that I were using before moving in, and don't know what may be the cause.

My Rig:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
8gb RAM DDR2 800mhz
MoBo ASUS P5K SE
GPU GeForce® GTX 950 OC ZT-90602-10M (less than a year old)
PSU Seasonic S12II 620w (less than a year old too)
CPU Core 2 Quad Q6600 Overclocked to 3.0ghz
CPU Cooler CM Hyper TX3 EVO
Monitor HP L200b (connected via vga cable using a vga to dvi adapter)

PS. 1: My whole setup is next to a refrigerator, like half a meter.
PS. 2: Already tried another monitor, the issues persists nonethless.
PS; 3: Refresh rate and resolution are set to it's native config (1600x900 60hz)

Check your connectors. Something may be loose after taking it apart and putting back together (cable wise).

Tried it man, still no good.
I forgot to mention that I'm using power strip. Can it cause interference or something?

It shouldn't cause interference. Have you checked to make sure that your graphics settings stayed the same as you had them before moving? Make sure your refresh rate is where you want it, too.
