Screen tearing in CS GO.

I have Dell E2015HV monitor (60Hz). When I play CS GO, I notice screen tearing while moving near objects. Is there something wrong with my monitor?? I play with 50fps and vsync is turned OFF. Turning it ON fixes the problem (creates lag though). I play with my intel hd graphics 4600. My cpu is i5 4440. So I think my gpu is not wearing since I have heard that integrated GPUs don't wear. So please help. Thank You.

Yes, it's good ol' screen tearing, just play with Vsync on, Vsync removes screen tearing, you may get reduced performance but it's totally fine if you don't want to see your game crap out on you.

Yes, it's good ol' screen tearing, just play with Vsync on, Vsync removes screen tearing, you may get reduced performance but it's totally fine if you don't want to see your game crap out on you.
