Question Screen tearing. Might be graphics problem?

Hey. This started to show up sometimes when i play. It didnt show up while i was playing God of War, Spider-Man or Ghostwire Tokyo, but it showed up while i was playing little games like Little Inferno or Rogue Lords. Tempeture is fine, cpu and ram use is around 40%. I had to record screen with my phone, because it wont show up when i was screen recording.

frame rates achieved in these mentioned games,
along with any/all related V-Sync, G-Sync, Free-Sync, etc settings in place.

12th Gen Intel Core i5-1200F, AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, 32GB DDR4
Average FPS was about 59 FPS
GOW,SM and GT were at highest settings, with V-Sync on
I also have Radeon anti lag on and amd freesync

Sometimes you will need to enable V-sync in the AMD windows setting and also try enabling in the game if the former doesn't work.
