[SOLVED] Screen tearing on AMD

I need help fixing my screen tearing , i recently switched from nvidia to radeon to give it a try and im not to familiar with these settings , iv tried videos on yt and all that and nothing is cutting the screen tearing 100%. Here are my specs . 5700xt, Ryzen 5 3600, and monitor is the XG240R. If any one can help me get 0 screen tearing that would be great !

Your monitor supports free-sync so that should help with screen tearing. To enable it, right click on your desktop and click on AMD Radeon settings. Then go to the display tab and on display 1 or your main display, there will be an AMD FreeSync option. Click on that and you are good to go.
