The past month my fps suddenly started to drop whenever I would move my mouse left and right very suddenly, it’s to the point where screen tear make my games unplayable.
I have a mag271qx oled 360hz monitor, an AMD ryzen 7 7800x3D, I have 64gb of ram and a 4080 super, my motherboard is msi b650 gaming plus WiFi (MS-7E26), I have the Corsair rm1000x 80 plus gold psu, and Corsair ddr5 ram.
This did not happen before and my drivers are all up to date. For example whenever I move my mouse on LOL my fps plummets from 1k to 150 ish just from moving the mouse. I can send videos if needed.

Driver sources?

Manual downloads, installs, and configurations vs, some third party tool or installere?

How old is the PSU? History of heavy gaming use?
My drivers are from the nvidia app and are up to date, my psu is from 2024, i do use the pc regularly, i've had this pc for about 2 years.

Have you checked cpu temperature? Try with core temp. What cooler are you using?

If cpu temp is fine then try the following;

The cpu temp is fine, I am using the NZXT Kraken 360mm io, I think that it might also be because I downgraded to windows 23H2 earlier 2 months ago and went back to the current latest version, so that might have affected my files? I am currently using the post you sent to check for corrupted files.
