Screen Tearing on Videos and flash player adds on browsers

Hi there,

I have made a build with the following components:
Motherboard:
GA-Z270N - WIFI
CPU:
i3-7320
Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6

Whenever I use a browser all of the videos are showing horizontal screen tearing on both safari and chrome, and safari won't play many of the videos at all. I'm not sure what to do to fix this? Any ideas?
