Question Screen tearing. Please help. No one has an answer for my problem

Every single game I own has extreme screen tearing to the point where it unplayable. All my games like csgo and dead by daylight, which I used to be able to play just fine, can't be played anymore at all. I've tried adding more ram, replacing my cpu cooler, I ran diagnostics and benchmarks and everything told me it was ok. I've reinstalled most drivers and most of my gaming software and nothing helps. The weird thing is the only game I can run is the latest call of duty at 60 fps which is much more demanding than a game like csgo which anyone with a decent graphics card can run these days.

Asus ROG Maximus X Code
Intel i7-8700k
be quiet! dark rock pro 4
G.skill Ripjaws V (2x4GB)
Corsair Vengance LPX (2x4GB)
GTX 1080
EVGA Supernova 650 PSU

No. Could i hook it up to my TV instead of a monitor

Yes that will work too just to see if you get the bad screen tearing on the tv.

Tried out the TV. Still had screen tearing
