[SOLVED] Screen Tearing

When watching some HD youtube videos, when the camera moves quickly I get the occasional clear line going across the screen that break the image up
It is an old 720p HD TV from years back.

Is it my GPU or is it the TV ?

Do you have another TV that you can connect to?

Can you connect another computer to the existing 720p HD TV?

Determine if the problem follows the TV or stays with the GPU.

Likewise, if possible, do similar swaps with respect to the GPU.

Ok I have upgraded to a LG 1080p monitor, still does it.
Must be the GPU ?

My LG UHD TV used to do it when watching TV ( not on my pc ) so maybe it's common ?

Right, its called " Screen Tearing " I've just changed from 60hz to 75hz and will report back
