Hello there!

When I play I notice some screen tearing. It doesn`t pass even when v-sync turn on Only 1 thing help me, it is fps cap at 59 with v-sync,
(not 60, because it will make no sense, will be same screen tearing). My laptop is Ideapag Gaming 3 15ARH05 60hz display. What can be a reason ?

My specs (Ideapag Gaming 3 15ARH05):
Display 60hz
GTX 1650 4gb
Ryzen 5 4600h with AMD Radeon Graphics
16 GB RAM 3200Mhz (8GBx2)

Solution
vsync can be sometimes tricky as it uses timers from windows or custom timers from game...which arent really reliable (due to windows power saving s**t)
try first setting up vsync from nvidia control panel while keeping vsync off in game options
then try the opposite...nvidia control panel vsync off and game option vsync on
one of those will work
