Question Screen turns black randomly both monitors

Sometimes, when I am just doing something gaming or other tasks, both my monitor's turn black but I can still hear the sound of the game and the only way I fix it is by restarting my pc by holding the power button. Is there any way to fix this?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Next boot (before gaming or doing other tasks) open Reliability History and look for error codes and warnings that correspond with the times of the monitors going black.

What are the error codes?
