Screen Turns Off and Back On

I built a computer. It seemed to work fine, then about a month later the screen started randomly shutting off after freezing, then it'll come back on after a few seconds. More rarely, it will restart the computer. I've reinstalled graphics card drivers, tried three different monitors. Any thoughts?

Hey, I tried over the weekend with a different video card and it worked okay. Is there anyway to repair a video card? It's brand new, but it's been a couple months and I can't return it.

It's a Radeon RX 470.
