Question Screen Turns Off ?

Casper TFT22W90PSA model has an LCD screen, but it turns off. It opens when I press the key.

Google search shows you working with a 21.5" LCD panel, yet you posted this thread in the Laptop section/subsection. Did you hook the panel to a laptop? If so, what is the make and model of your laptop? Does the laptop's display work as it should? Only the external display is what's turning off after you get initial display on said external panel?
