[SOLVED] Screensaver Refuses To Start, Display Stays Active

My screensaver refuses to start, and if I set my power options to turn off the monitor after a set period of time it has no effect. It doesn't seem to be an active input issue, as I can start the screensaver manually and nothing interrupts it to turn it back off. I've tried changing my power plan, but that had no effect. I recently installed a GTX 1050 GPU and I'm running the latest drivers, but I'm pretty sure this issue existed before I upgraded. The only USB devices I have connected are my keyboard and mouse.

It turns out I had left a PS3 controller plugged in that I forgot about, as well as a bluetooth receiver. I unplugged both, plugged the bluetooth receiver back in, and now it seems to work fine.
