Pc Using win 7
I7 4770, 16gb ram
I bought zotac gtx1060 amp edition 6gb and hp N246v Sisplay yesterday.
I connected via hdmi full hd resolution 60 ghz.
Screen go black half second but only 2-3 time in a day while browsing, most of time while watching video. And I noticed flickering while scrolling but ony in one webpage.

I tried different ways
I connected via dvi - no problem
I connected to intel videocard(onboard one) - no problem
I conected to another monitor via dvi - no problem( it not have hdmi port)

So it's videocard hdmi port or just some setting problem.
Ignore it and use dvi or connect with store?

Solution

You getting any purple or other colored artifacts on the screen that could point to a faulty gpu
Contacting zotac would be a good idea as well could be a faulty output on your card or a bad card
try rolling back your driver on your gpu
make sure everthing in NVIDIA control panel is set to default or application controlled
The only other thing i can suggest is use DVI or RMA it since the GPU is the only new part of your pc i cannot see it being your monitor.
