Corsair vengance RGB 3000mhz
Running Windows 10

So I was using ryzen master to overclock CPU to 4. Got there but it locked 3 of my cores so I saw forums saying forget ryzen master and OC through bios. So I reset then restart and go to bios and overclock through there both times setting voltage to 1.425 (both times meaning ryzen master and bios.) So now I'm looking up how to reset bios and it said to jump jbat1 for 10 seconds so I did that but before properly doing so I accidentally jumped jci1. I don't know if that did any permanent damage but my USB devices and monitor aren't getting any signals but otherwise gpu fans are spinning and all lights are on.

Turn off all power to PC, take battery out for half an hour, return battery and power on. That should restore BIOS to factory defaults (including date and time). If it was powered right off when you jumped wrong one, nothing bad should happen.
Always, but ALWAYS disconnect power to whole PC when doing anything inside.
