Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Screws for the PCIe expansion slots are often times 6-32. I think you need to migrate to a new case, one with a meshed front intake since the case's front is restrictive and the RX580 was known as a hot headed GPU, and now that we're at the tail end of 2024, you'd be taxing that GPU more than it was during it's release, 7 years ago.
Thanks for the tip on the case. I'll keep that in mind and keep an eye on temps. I can't afford a new case right now and am not using it for gaming, so hopefully it will work for now. (Non-graphic (mostly) software development and occasional use of Adobe Suite)
The holes for the screws between the expansion slots are all the same, except the ones for the two slots used by the GPU. It seems to be a little bigger for some reason. If most are 6-32, I wonder if that is what the rest of the slots are. I did check and the PSU mounting screws will work for all the expansion slots except the top two.

UPDATE: I have confirmed that all the expansion slots except the ones I need take #6-32 screws, but they are too small for the top two slots. I tried #8-32 screws, but they seem to be slightly too big for the hole. I can't find a #7-32 screw. Where can I find one or is there another size I should try? Thanks!
