[SOLVED] Screws stuck in monitor

Hello I bought a ASUS VP278H and a dual monitor stand (I have the same monitor from a year ago also)
And this new one I attempted to screw the mounting bracket on , and the two bottom screws are rotating and won’t come out / go in any further , it’s unstable and I can’t put it on the stand ( it’s a table clamp stand with 2 arms) I’ve looked on the internet and I believe it’s the thread that’s come loose and isn’t allowing the screws to come in or out , I really need some help , I don’t have a drill and I don’t want to be breaking my monitor apart , what can I do except contacting the support?

A lot of time if you pull against the bracket while loosening the screw it'll come on out. May need a second set of hands to get enough pull on it
