Hi folks! I'm having an issue with my custom desktop (Windows 7 OS). I'll give some specific examples:
-I opened a Google document for work in spreadsheet form, and it opens mid-spreadsheet. I can click and drag the scroll bar, but it snaps back to the middle of the document and I can't read what's on the sides. Clicking the arrows doesn't help either.
-Any dropdown menus on any forms will open and then immediately close, and the only way to choose anything from those menus is to hit the down arrow key and scroll through them that way.
-When I hit the Control key (for Ctrl + V to paste, for example), the screen zooms in every time I hit Ctrl.
These are recent issues (in the last day or so) and I haven't changed anything fundamental. There have been a few downloads, but I have Norton and a few other various spyware and malware programs. Could it be a bug? My mouse? I have an Anker wireless ergonomic mouse that has never given me problems before.
Any insight or advice would be most appreciated; I'm not sure where to start!
