scrolling

I have page breaks while scrolling. Can I change this?

Any program or just some? A few settings to check:
Internet Options> Advanced> enable Smooth Scrolling.
Control Panel> Mouse: adjust scrolling settings to your liking.

If there is still a problem with "wavy pages" when scrolling, check into
updated display drivers.
