my SDCH is not detecting in laptop and camera what shouid i do?

If it's not recognized by either (including format options), that card is dead and you will need a replacement.

If the data is that important, you can send it to professional recovery companies, but even they might not be able to recover it. Just know that recovery options usually run in the hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
