SD CARD issue

WINDOWS CANT FORMAT F THIS IS THE ISSUW WHILE FORMATING MY SD CARD PLZ HELP ME.

Has the card got a small switch on one side? If so it may be locked so carfefully flip the switch the other way.

Do you see any error messages when the formatting fails?
