So my new Transcend 64 GB SDXC 300x card has only been used 3 times and recently I took about 26 photos in RAW quality and when I came home to download on computer and transfer to my USB drive all was well. The next day when I went to clear on camera by re formatting it it would say they were deleted and after takeing 64 very important shots and those photos being corrupted moments after taking I tried to delete and saw that the only photos that were still there were the ones I deleted from the other day, since then I have tried literally everything that me and the internet has on this problem, from formatting, deleting from camera and computer and all that goes with it. When I try to format on computer it says that "windows can't format at this time" so im just sitting here with brand new card that I can't use. Does anyone know how to fix this or is my card corrupted and I need new one? This is the 1st card Iv'e had that has done this to me my Sandisk 16GB still works perfcect. Thanks for all help or just saying your condolences.

It sounds to me like you just want to be able to use the card - not to recover the data on it. If that's the case, I have two suggestions:
1) Run h2testw to make sure that the card is good and really has 64 GB of storage.
2) Return it to where you got it and ask for an exchange. I make a point of never trusting anything important to a drive that has already failed me once.

Good luck.

I checked every aspect of the card, checked for any types of corruption and so on. I think the best route is to exchange for Sandisk or try Transcend one last time, thanks for trying I haven't seen a solution for whatever this problem is.
