Please help, this has been causing me pain for hours on end. I have an SD card which I use in my 3DS, and recently I've been copying a lot of files to it. It used to work perfectly fine, yet now, whenever I copy a file to it, it says everything works fine yet if I eject it and put it back in, the files I copied are gone and it remains like it was in the beginning. Could this be an issue with my SD card adapter? I tried to format it, but if I format it, it again goes back to how it was and the format does nothing. I've also tried sfc scannow and all that. Nothing works.

Edit: it isn't an adapter issue either. I just checked by putting another microSD into the slot

I'm asking, because there are a LOT of fakes being sold.
Sold as and reports as one size, but in reality, only 1GB or so.
I am 99.1% sure it's not fake- I think I mightve damaged the file system because before, I used a faulty adapter which sometimes randomly disconnected. I am currently trying out a program called EaseUS Tools M, and even though I don't have high hopes I'm hoping it will do something because their website claimed that this program can help in a situation which basically seemed identical to mine

Damn it I don't think it worked. i think my only option at this point is to back up the files on it and get a new one
