Hello! I've been having this problem for a few weeks now.
My computer starts, runs for a few minutes and then crashes. It goes to a blue screen and shows "Sdbus internal error"
For some reason I can't use the "Reset this pc" option, so I've tried to download the windows 10 iso to do a clean installation. The computer crashes nonetheless, but it seems to take longer to shut down. I know this is all awfully vague, but if somebody could help, I'd be thankful.
Sidenote, possibly not related: the computer tells me the download is complete, but it never is. It always finishes before downloading a few GBs.

Oh goodie, a BSOD I not seen before...

this appears to be windows related which likely explains why reset won't work.

can you right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter
current version is 2004 - what version you on?

only helpful really depending on answer to next test
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter

SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

so I've tried to download the windows 10 iso to do a clean installation. The computer crashes nonetheless, but...

Have you got the installer? it could be handy depending on result of SFC scan above. And what version is currently installed.
