Question Seagate External HDD Unreadable

I cannot able to access the files , maybe the file system is corrupted , how to repair that, the pictures are the errors i got.

worth it to get data recovery service ? sound like hardware issue

But the driver is detecting and there is not sound like header miss placed . I can hear it as working properly.
