Hey,
My HDD suddenly stopped working so I opened the PC case to check things out and I found that board (i dk its name) and it has some burn marks and the drive wouldnt work anymore

Is there is any chance to replace that board with the burnmarks without any data loss? Im quite frustrated

Solution
You can replace the PCB (with an exact-match) board but your data will still be inaccessible.

You will need to ALSO de-solder the ROM chip from your faulty disk and solder it onto the (new) donor PCB.
