Searching for a heatsink

I am searching for a heatsink for my CPU and dunno what to choose as I am a noob.
I might do some slight overclocking
The only options available to me are:

Can I know which one should I go with among these

Can I know what do you mean by "low" and "high"

If your going with mild overclocking the BeQuiet is great , but if you want to try a little more H5 is the way to go.

Slight OC would be the Pure Rock or even better Cryorig H7.
