Technically all PSU's support mobo's with dual cores. The S12's especally the 500/600W ones are good PSU's. (Cables are a tad short, but it's no biggy)

Actually, there is a difference between Seasonic's dual CPU support and dual-core. The cables for dual-CPU are two cables with power from each going to two completely different CPUs while dual-core is two cores on one CPU. Seasonic's PSUs support both easily with high stability and efficiency.
