I HAVE A 750 WATT SEASONIC GOLD PSU AND i JUST ORDERED TWO HD6970'S, THE REST OF MY RIG IS AMD965CPU A SINGLE 1TB HARD DRIVE AND 8GB G SKILL RAM, IS THIS PSU BIG ENOUGH?

Solution
I think the Seasonic X-Series X-750 (SS-750KM) just meets the minimum +12 Volt continuous current rating of 62 Amps recommended for a 2-way CrossFireX system.

I doubt there is much, if any, headroom for overclocking.

My cpu is overclocked from 3.4ghz to 3.91ghz, and I plan on using catylyst to overclock the hd6970,s my ram is stock, only one hd, and an asus crosshair 3 mobo, I hope I'll be within power consumption limits

An AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE revision C3 overclocked to 3.9 GHz draws 4.5 Amps more from the +12 Volt rail under 100% CPU load when compared to running at a stock clock of 3.4 GHz.

Since the intent is to also overclock the two Radeon HD 6970 graphics cards there really isn't enough of a safety margin (i.e. +12V reserve capacity) to do that reliably with the Seasonic X-Series X-750 (SS-750KM).

You shouldn't be running any of the power supply's rails at its maximum rating for any length of time. It over-stresses the power supply's components shortening its life.
