Question second gpu but not the same for 3d rendering

hi guys....i just need to know how to add a new GPU .... I've built my pc 3 years ago..my cpu has only 28 PCI-E lanes .i recently received a new RTX-2070 Super FE and i dont know where to install .the Last PCIE x16-5 slot is occupied with a USB 3.1 2-Port Card and it seems there is not enough space to install gtx-970 in Pcie x16-4,,i really dont know what to do. im so grateful if someone help me in this matter.
here are my pc specifications

mottherboard : Asus X99-Deluxe 3.1
Cpu : i7-5820k @ 3.3 Ghz. but overclocked to 4.00 Ghz.
Ram :32GB ( 4x8 ) DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX @ 3200 MHz. but its running it @2666 MHz
GPU: Asus Geforce GTX-970 4GDDR5 OC.
PSU : Green Platinium 1200 W+80
CPU Cooler : Green glacier GL240-A 240mm Water cooling system
Monior : Samsung 27inch 2560 x1440
here are the list of softwares that i use :

Autodesk 3ds max 2019
Autodesk Autocad 2019
Sketchup Pro 2019
Lumion pro 9
Adobe photoshop cc 2019
For rendering V-ray Next and corona render

you cant install it ALONGSIDE the gtx 970. you need to take out the 970 and put the 2070 instead of it

if you wanted sli not only would you need a motherboard that a. supports and b. actually physically fits 2 gpus
you would need to identical cards (or atleast another 970)
a 2070 and a 970 wont work together

i didnt get it that i cant use it together..im not gaming and i dont care about sli stuffs ....i saw alot of vray benchmarks that they use to or more different cards in one rig..i need the 970 to get 12 Gb vram and actualy using the 1664 cuda cores to help rendering faster...i know i can use them both but dont know how exacly...
