Solution
I just speced it out for $1060 I'm the USA. Here j wouldn't buy a second hand computer for $60 less than I can do it myself new. But i don't know prices there for hardware
I am not sure on that price.

I would suggest taking a quick look at retail on the parts and then settle somewhere roughly half of that or a little better.

I honestly feel you could build that new just over that price if you looked around. In my quick seat of the pants estimation I see around 12-1300$ in that build.

How did you check it out, from amazon?

Me personally? Probably 20-25% main reason being I like picking my exact parts and I know I know how to handle computer parts. If I buy someone else's build I have no idea what they may have done wrong. So I'd like to leave myself room to replace any part (other than GPU and CPU) and still be cheaper
