Second-hands pc €550

So I was looking to build a pc but I got an offer for a second hand pc.

Specs:

€ 274,00 GPU= Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Tri-X OC

€ 52,90 Storage: Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB
€ 98,05 Storage: Crucial MX199 256GB SSD

€ 92,50 CASE= Cooler Master 690 III Closed ATX Mid Tower

€ 56,00 RAM= 2x crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB

€ 82,95 PSU= SeaSonic G 550W 80+ Gold

Total of €1.088,84 ~ $1.167,69

I can get it for €550 euro's but I don't really know if it still is good.

If its legit & working mate then yes buy it this minute.
Still very very good , not a weak component in there & pretty much the bargain of the year.

this is not related to this thread but i do already have an old computer..
But i only get half the internetspeed of of it.
it wouldn't be so bad if my internet was faster but our maximum speed is 750 kbs/s (so i only get 350~400 kbs/s)

i3 550
hd 6670
8gb ram
Mobo: i have no idea but it is a Medion pc (cheap)

Fairly ancient for gaming (the 6670 was my first ever proper gaming card) - woudl still make an ok htpc,general desktop build though ,I remember medion - sold by aldi over here in the uk.

yeah same here in NL but how does it come that the internet speed drops to half of the normal speed?
