My second hard drive keeps disappearing after rebooting the system. Hard drive is a HGST HTS721010a9e630 I can add it in disk management and its fine until I reboot the system. It has always been on Windows 10. It is installed internally to my Laptop. Hard drive shows up in BIOS. Windows says the right driver is installed and I cant find any other updates to the driver. Not sure what is causing the problem

Make and model of the laptop? An SKU would help us two fold. You should check and see if the laptop is pending any BIOS updates. As for your OS, what version(not edition) are you on?
Thanks for your reply. The SKU is Predator G9-792_107D_1.05 OS is the latest version just updated it. Update never caused problem though always had it. OS version is 10.0.19045 Build 19045.

I just checked my the manufacturer website for drivers and firmware. BIOS is up to date version 1.8

This is the laptop model I have
