Second Monitor Border Troubles

My main monitor is a 144Hz monitor connected with a DVI cable and my second is a 60Hz tv connected with hdmi (both from the graphics card) and the borders of the window are past the border of the actual display on the tv, any ideas on how to fix this are apreciated!

Change Display Settings for the TV to the native resolution of the TV.
