Second Monitor Detected But Not Displaying

Yesterday i reinstalled my amd drivers because i did not have amd radeon settings. I wanted to make a change for a game but I did not have amd radeon settings to do so. Before i uninstalled and reinstalled, both of my monitors worked perfect. Now, only my main monitor displays but it shows that the other monitor is detected. I can even move my mouse across both screens. I just cant figure it out.

If you can move your mouse there then its usually working fine and in extended mode with no background set.
