Hello,
I have only noticed this problem starting today. Whenever I launch a game or use software like fusion 360 my second monitor has horizontal flickering/'static' like fuzzing and keeps on momentarily blacking out. When using applications like chrome and discord it works completely fine, which makes me think its either a software issue or a GPU issue, and not a monitor or connection issue.

This issue occurred before installing the most recent nvidia drivers and continued after installing them. I tried rolling back the drivers and then reinstalling them, which resulted to make both screens go black but lit. After 5 minutes I powered down PC and restarted and it is working now other than the flickering under load. Nvidia app says drivers are up to date.
My specs are:
Windows 11
Ryzen 7 7700X
32gb DDR5 5600 Mhz
Nvidia 3070 Ti
Any ideas?
