Question Second Monitor Not Detected

I'm trying to add a second monitor but Windows 10 says it can't detect it.
Windows 10
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

Just looking for any guidance.

Make and model of both panels that you're trying to tether to the discrete GPU? Also, did you try and verify that the second panel works on a known working donor system?

I listed the gpu..AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT. As for the rest I'm a little c9nfused.

You might want to reread the post I made, I didn't ask for your GPU...nor it's make and model. Perhaps I should ask again, what is the make and model of both your panels?

"Panels" is another name for monitor. They have an LCD or oLED panel as the means of disply.
To put it another way, what are the make and model of the two monitors you are trying to connect to your RX5700?

What is the specific error message? Post a screen capture (Upload to Imgur.com and post the link here). Though the most likely reason the monitor doesn't work is that you didn't enable it in display settings.

To put it another way, what are the make and model of the two monitors you are trying to connect to your RX5700?

The main one that is working fine is a Sony tv. The second one that isn't being detected is a Samsung TV Model UN32J400DAF.

It didn't display any error message. When I hit detect, it says didn't detect another display.
