B450 Pro4 motherboard
Ryzen 5 1600AF
GeForce 1660 Super
Windows 10

Monitor i'm trying to connect is an HP 23es.

What i've tried is:

Used HDMI and VGA cords. Both work as i've tested them elsewhere.
Clicking on detect
Windows Key + P to change the option needed
Updated/Rollback drivers.
Turned PC off. Unhooked connections and unplugged monitor for 30 seconds before reconnecting.
Watched multiple Youtube videos, and read multiple Google searches.

Please help me!
Thanks

I figured it out. The hdmi wasn't plugged into the card after all. Something so simple. Makes me laugh as for the life of me I couldn't figure it out.
Are you connecting both screens to the nVIdia card? Using any adapters or straight to monitor? Monitor works with other systems? Try other inputs on the monitor if possible? Does the screen work on it's own without the other you are using?

Yes, to the card. Monitor as of yesterday was connected to an Xbox One via HDMI. Previously to an old PC we have. Only has two inputs, HDMI and VGA.. Thanks for replying.
