Question Second monitor

I'm thinking of getting a second monitor, the first monitor is ASUS VG248QE (144hz 1080p 1ms 24") Does anyone have any recommendations for a second monitor? Trying to get one $120 or less, been looking on eBay for used ones so far. And one other question, a lot of the ones that seem like good deals, have 5ms, will I be able to notice it?

You need to give more information one what you are looking for, TN, IPS, VA, free Sync, Gsync, 1080m or 1440 or 144 hz or 60 hz or 12o hz, what gpu do you have? You are not going to get much of a gaming monitor for that price point but are you looking for a gaming monitor or just a monitor?

I am also looking for a monitor but I want Gsync technology not compatible, or ultimate, I have been looking for months, I want 32", VA that goes up to at least 144 hz and 1440 res. with 1 ms or 4ms response time, I am not hard core gamer I am nust wanting to try out my RTX 2060 super gpu without spending $800!
