Question Second screen showing but cant use it properly

Hi, so,

Just last night my second screen stop functioning correctly. it is displaying correctly, but now I cannot drag any app/window/file explorer window over to it. As soon as I drag an app to the edge of the primary screen it starts to resize the app. I cannot have a window display half on each screen anymore. Using the "Window key + P" works and I can toggle between first/second/extend/duplicate but it doesnt fix the issue. Previously just before I noticed this problem I had been trrying DSR via the nVidia Control Panel. Have since disabled that but the problem persists.

It would seem to be linked but did you change any settings in DSR? I can't go look at the Control panel myself as I don't have an Nvidia GPU anymore.
I wonder if there is anyway to reset it so it goes back to how it should be. It would appear to be the GPU doing it.

Did you check the scaling of the 2nd monitor in display settings? I guess DSR is meant to do the same thing.
