Hey everyone. Recently i had a problem with my pc where it got a BCD error. For some reason it didnt let me fix via bootrec So i formatted the OS drive and did a fresh install of w7, all good..

Now when i try to turn on my pc with the secondary HDD plugged in the Windows just freezes stuck at the Loading screen logo. I restart my pc with the Secondary HDD off, back good again like nothing ever happened..

I tried using chkdsk during windows 7 recovery live usb session and the CMD console was INCREADIBLY laggy, however it did manage to detect the hard drive. In the BIOS it also detects the hard drive. However while using Ubuntu live usb for recovery it is unable to mount the HDD..

Any ideas?
