Question Secure boot is not turning on

Hello im am trying to turn on secure boot but it says warning csm is loaded im running amd ryzen 5 1600 core six and when i do youtube steps i exit bios and click delete key but my screen shows no signal and i cant turn on secure boot any suggestions on what to do?

Disable CSM in BIOS and you should be able to enable Secure Mode, though please keep in mind that if you'd installed your OPS while in CSM mode, you might need to reinstall it if you disable CSM.

We have no information about, what motherboard you are using.

i am using msi a320m-a and i cant do anything in video it says exit and connect agian but when i leave it doesn't show screen i have to power of pc and power on agian enter bios agian same issue

and also when i try to leave bios it sayes it will reset my pc but it doesn't and i have to turn of pc and turn on for it to work
